Does a Tasmanian qualify?

Maybe we need an XML nation with a Queen that gives 
out knighthoods.  We could crown Lauren.  We have 
an XML award, apparently, but it doesn't come with 
a title, lands, and a light tap with a sword.  I 
say we carve up New XeaLand for the lands.  It 
takes a braveheart to land in Wellington.  Much 
worse than Portland.

	While you're handing out knighthoods, don't forget Tasmania's
Peter Tattam. Somehow, I don't quite understand why so few people
recognize his contribution... Peter was responsible for Trumpet
Winsock which was widely used by people who wanted TCP/IP (PPP and
SLIP) support on Windows before Microsoft finally supported it.
