Aww geez... I am feeling like an ass (though I don't think my complaint 
was wrong).

I usually agree with him because when I tried to learn something about 
XML I searched and found something by elharo that answered my question. 
I even contacted him to review my code, but did not want to agree to his 
changes to our NDA...

It was simply the fact that he perscribed a certain *way* which turned 
out to be untested (and still really is).
