Hi,
   Is there any tool that can do the following in a Generic way.
1) Given any relational Schema determine an related XML Schema. 
2) XML conformant to this XML Schema can be passed to the relational engine and the records are inserted into the relational db.

So, in a way, SQL Statements are forgotten and work is only done on the XML.
