XMLBuddy 2.0 and XMLBuddy Pro 2.0 are now available from

These are XML editor plug-ins for Eclipse (http://eclipse.org). Features

The editors have all the usual text editor amenities (line numbering 
option, settable tab width, spaces for tabs, keyboard shortcuts, etc.) 
as well as XML-specific editing tools (comment/uncomment, split/join, 
select tag, etc.)
