Some elements and attributes aren't meaningful "regardless of structure". Also, a couple of other people seem to understand what you want the output would look like (though they appear to have different understandings), but I don't. What is it, two lists, one titled "Elements" and the other "Attributes"? Are there attributes listed for each element? If so, and an element had an <anyAttribute>, would all the applicable attributes be listed, as well?
