IBM has submitted Enterprise Privacy Authorization Language (EPAL) to
W3C [1]. I'm a bit surprised that this was submitted to W3C rather than
OASIS - perhaps it's because OASIS already has a similar standard
(XACML). 

Could this be the beginning of a trend?
