I agree. From hardcore PowerPoint to hardcore C ;-)

I myself are planning to code a runtime of Bali validator
http://www.kohsuke.org/relaxng/bali/doc/ for my own C parser (and maybe for 
expat). There's already
C++ win32 COM runtime in the Bali package so maybe I'll just have to port 
that to C.

Does anyone know if there's already existing implementation for Bali 
runtime for expat or similar?
