Parsifal XML Parser is minimal non-validating XML parser written in ANSI C. 
API is based on SAX2. Parser supports many XML 1.0 spec features but 
currently lacks UTF-16 encoding and almost all DTD features,
implementing only internal and external general entities.

Parsifal is in the public domain.
