You have

(GenericElements?,Person?,Location?)*,Person,(GenericElements?,Person?,Location?)*


which is ambiguous as you can't tell, the first time you get a Person,
whether you are still in the first ()* clause or whether it is your
mandatory middle Person.

You can re-write it as

(GenericElements,Location)*,Person,(GenericElements,Person,Location)*

Which isn't ambiguous.
