If you change 200307 in the URL to 200310 you'll get october. I tried pinging 
the admins but got no answer, perhaps in part because I didn't use the right 
address.

If someone remembers who it is we're supposed to contact whenever we get xml-dev 
problems, it'd be nice to forward this problem :)
