Yes indeed, its funny to see that they could easily have replace the
JavaScript code by the following expression added on the top of the XML
document:
<?xml-stylesheet type="text/xsl" href="xml2003.html"?>

Dare, can you do us a favor? Can you educate these people about some specs
related to association of XSLT stylesheets to XML documents:-0

Note: If they didn't want to modify the original XML document to include the
processing instruction, a simple server side script would have been
sufficient to do the job.
