You could generalize "human language" to "human action".  That action
is the link between data and meaning, and it can come from the coder,
a system installer/integrator, a content aggregator, a stylesheet
designer, or even an end user.

You're far too polite, Tim -- my response would be "get in touch when
someone *other than you* has some software to show me."
