Nor is it. Oasis *-comment lists are for the public to make comments
about a spec. If you found a bug or ar have a suggestion for
improvement, that's the declared place to go to.

As for building a community, evangelizing & answering beginners'
questions, it I don't know if any of the people involved have the time
or the desire to.
