I am pleased to announce the release 2.3 of the
xmloperator tool [1].

xmloperator is an open source (Java written) XML
editor. It offers a simple tree view, suitable for
data oriented documents. Editing is guided by any
RELAX NG schema or DTD.

News of this release 2.3 :
- Element labelling in the tree view may be modified
on an element name basis, using attributes (as before)
and/or text-only element children.
- The document comparison algorithm has been yet
improved. Two elements are considered equal if all
their children are equal but in any order (as
attributes).
- An Ant build file is provided with sources.
