Hi All,

 

I am new to XML group.
I have a requirement where I need to load rules from an XML file and refresh the info, on change of rules even if we parse and load one time into memory?

Also, I would like to know in which scenario we should use DOM parser and in which scenario we should use SAX parser.

 

Any comments/feedback/pointers to info source will be REALLY REALLY appreciated.
