This is a good list of possibilities, but I think you're focusing on 
mismatches as missing=problem, rather than mismatches as 
different=opportunity.

There are certainly lots of cases where I want more or less or different 
information than I'm given, but generally I expect that and even expect 
that it's a good thing.

It feels to me like you're developing a list of differences intending to 
abolish those differences as quickly as possible - though you don't say 
that explicitly - rather than accepting a world where negotiation at 
runtime is part of the system.
