I routinely write CSS into documents using xslt, getting the best of both. The CSS is essentially just a block of CDATA, so there are no problems for the xslt processor. I sometimes develop the CSS on a mock up, them paste it into the xslt stylesheet. And, of course, you can keep the css in a separate file and just import it into the document. Cheers, Tom P
