  Not being subscribed to www-tag is still a free service, well I hope
so >:-> , though I think my peace of mind is really higher than if I was
subscribed. I'm also wondering if I can afford desubscribing to xml-dev
especially as the old "URL vs. URN" and "Public ID vs. System ID" are being
resurected. Maybe it's a way to prepare for August holliday's season ...
