XInclude.NET 1.0beta library released.

What is XInclude.NET

XInclude.NET is free open-source implementation of XInclude 1.0 Candidate
Recommendation[1], written in C# for .NET platform. It supports fallback,
XPointer framework (shorthand pointer), element(), xmlns() and xpath1()
XPointer schemas.

Requirements

XInclude.NET is .NET Framework application and requires .NET Framework version
1.0 to be installed.

Changes since 1.0alpha version:
- Support for XPointer framework, shorthand pointer, element(), xmlns() and
xpath1() schemas
- Minor bug fixes
