Hello,

Are the following dateTime values comparable?

0001-01-01T00:00:00-14:00
0001-01-01T00:00:01

I checked the "3.2.7.4 Order relation on dateTime" in
schema-datatypes and I don't think they're comparable,
but I just wanted to make sure.
