+1 on the idea of having a 'council of elders' approach to speak for
xml-dev'ers, as was the case until recently.

If they spoke for a majority, then perhaps they could resolve such issues
as the present one of hosting.

I do like the idea of an xml-dev wiki or some such, to minimise the 
recurrent themes
by providing a webpage.

Just a two Euro's worth.
