SysOnyx Inc. has a beta application called xmlArchitect (http://www.sysonyx.com/products/xmlarchitect) that displays an XML Instance treeview of the current schema. It doesn't currently have an export-to-instance-xml but it will allow you edit the XML Instance treeview and dynamically update the schema for you.

Does anyone know of any software tools that will convert XML schemas to XML instances.?
