I wonder how many of the ss:Formula expressions are convertible to XPath
expressions?
The following uses absolute, not relative references, which is wrong:
   <Data xforms:calculate="../../../Row[1]/Cell/Data +
../../../Row[2]/Cell/Data "></Cell>
