I propose that we keep xml-dev here and move all the discussions about
changing lists to another list. :p

Don't move it.  The effort put forward 
by OASIS is good faith.

Directors of XML-Dev?  Directors would 
turn XML-Dev from a pub into a disco.   

It isn't like we come here to do projects.  
From time to time, that sort of thing emerges 
from an XML-Dev thread, but it typically is 
moved to it's own list.
