I think that was when their (Kattare.com) computer room overheated.  They
have provided good services in the past and I am not about to switch ISP
unless it's recurring problem that they either can not fix or I add
mission-critical services to my sites.  Yeah, I am a [expletive deleted] when it comes to
customer loyalty.
