Hi Jeffrey,

It might be helpful to put this statement on the XML-Dev home page:

http://xml.org/xml/xmldev.shtml

There's currently no information on whom to turn to if you have a problem. 
It would also be helpful if the home page had information on the 
subscription manager:

http://lists.xml.org/ob/adm.pl

I think these two small steps would save a lot of people a lot of frustration.
