Congratulations to Ekrem Serin who won the NPS ADM Grace Murray Hopper Award 
for Computer Science students.  

His work on Cross-Format Schema Protocol (XFSP) is proving to be a major new 
XML capability for adaptable networking and binary compression.  It is also
providing a base design and implementation for an X3D Graphics binary format.
