I have added XML 1.1 and Namespaces 1.1 support to RXP, corresponding to
the CR drafts of those specifications.

This experimental version is available at:

 ftp://ftp.cogsci.ed.ac.uk/pub/richard/rxp-1.4.0pre2.tar.gz

RXP is a (DTD-)validating XML parser in C, licensed under the GPL.
