Has anyone looked into the KAVI system for 
the OASIS working groups?  It seems there is 
some push to restrict discussion on the comments 
lists and to move serious discussion to the 
restricted discussion lists.  That would be a 
serious breach of the ideals of the founders.

Does anyone have insights into this?
