AElfred2 was written originally by David Megginson and rewritten by David
Brownell-- so it is probably the best/reference implementation of SAX in the
wild (or not so wild as the case may be). As I recall, against the XML test
collections (now housed at the W3C?) of the primary tests only one VC was
not passed by AElfred2.

I will do some looking to see if I can find it again...
