If and when you get a registry started, I'd like to
reserve the 26 uppercase latin letters as prefixes
for my own personal use.  (On the rare occasions that
I use XML namespaces, I tend to pick 'A' .. 'Z' as
prefixes.  That's why I'm asking for them now, before
someone else makes a land-grab.)

If anyone else wants the lowercase letters, they're welcome
to them (but they'd better get 'em quick).
