Someone is assuming the average user 
is aware of all of that and can set those 
options.  Our sysadmins did turn the toolbars 
off, BTW.  They generate a lot of traffic.  
Then, not everyone using Google has a 
sysadmin or knows they need one. 

Reality?  What good is being bipolar unless one can 
put all the voices to work?  To heck with olanzapine.

Be at least as aware of what can be done 
as those that do it are.
