It may be secret now, but then it was pretty open. 
They did not always give good heads ups for their 
decisions, but I can't remember any piece of the 
rag that wasn't chewed mightily by the dogs on the 
SIG list.  The ERB wasn't that all-powerful.

And you know that Illuminati business is not
