Thanks Joe.  I wasn't able to locate the info you reference.  Can you
provide a URL?  In any case, I suspect that their federated registries
are more heavyweight and relatively fewer in number than we are
envisioning.  Our interest is in very lightweight, massively distributed
registries.  /Roger
