It's hard to take your posts seriously when you make such incoherrent
statements. It's a bug. It's in our bug database. The person who sits in
the office across from mine who currently owns our XML parsers agrees
its a bug. The person who originally wrote the code agrees its a bug.
The person who designed the API agrees it's a bug. 

Somehow we are all lying and you who have nothing to do with the design,
implementation or documentation of the API *knows* it is by design. 

*sigh*
