Anyone know how to setup wininet using a cinternetsession, chttpconnection,
openquery, etc... so I can send and recieve ofx requests and responses.  I
don't know if I'm suppose to be posting a request file and then how do I
read the reply.  I know about the querystatus and that helps with the error
codes for http.
