Your site above reports a wrong mime type for the CSS stylesheet
(text/html), which is why it is not applied by Mozilla. Change that to
text/css. Also it seems like Mozilla for some reason applies the
alternate XSLT stylesheet as well, so you should remove the second
xml-stylesheet processing instruction to see it work in Mozilla (I just
filed a bug on this to get it fixed in Mozilla's side).

There are also some bugs in your XSLT stylesheet (might work in IE,
haven't tested).
