While the Open Directory Project is not a search engine per se, it is
an input to several search engines including Google.  It is a Yahoo-style
classification of the Web, with distributed editing, and provides its
entire content weekly as slightly buggy RDF.

Reuters Health, indeed, charges even more for its content with metadata
than without metadata.
