It points out the problem of expecting a constant from 
a black box.  The thing has to be predictable in and 
of itself, or the observer can change it.

I'm not sure Schrodinger is such a great backdrop for this conversation.  The 
planck constant is just not big enough to figure into the politics of 
identifiers.
