Be sure to read the discussion here last week -- 
http://lists.xml.org/archives/xml-dev/200207/msg00465.html for some caveats.  For a 
number of good reasons, the schemalocation "hint" is not equivalent to the binding 
between an instance and DTD specified in XML 1.0.
