What your example shows is that you cannot follow the namespace
*reliably*. Which leads back to my question of how do I get from the
document to the schema reliably? By reliably I mean that if the document
creator and client software creators have done their jobs right then it
will just work.

Isn't that just a bug in RDF? Is there no hope of fixing it?
