I'll stick my neck out an say this is not true. I checked the april 22 edition of RDFS <http://www.w3.org/TR/rdf-schema/> and didn't find that specification. The RDF MT defines an RDFS vocabulary as a set of URI refs and doesn't say anything about RDFS documents. [Not unrelated: an RDF property doesn't have a namespace but it does have a name, which is a URI reference. If an RDF property is placed in an XML namespace for serialization that's merely an implementation detail of the XML serialization. RDF is not an XML grammar.] > So, can RDDL and RDF coexist? There's no problem coexisting.
