There is a new version of the Topologi Schematron Validator available with registration
from http://www.topologi.com/

It is still free, and useful for developers, QA/QC and educators. It runs on Windows and supports validation of single or multiple XML documents using:

 * Schematron schemas (very pretty)
 * XML DTDs
 * RELAX NG (including embedded Schematron schemas)
 * W3C XML Schemas (including embedded Schematron schemas)
 
and can be used as a shell for XSLT processing chains. It has a couple of other minor improvements.
