Nothing about XML, but not a bad way to close this thread.  AFAIK, 
XML doesn't make encrypted data more vulnerable, but only AFAIK.

Not really; it's more like specifying standard positions for the 
steering wheel, gas pedal, etc.  As I said:  knowing where to look.
