Is it that simple? What if I have a content model like

<!ELEMENT a (b,c)+> (but expressed in XML Schema!)

Can someone extend it:

<!ELEMENT a' ((b,c)+,c,b)>

If so, that could really confuse most element-triggered processing
specifications.
