I released a simple driver that exposes the W3C XML Schema validation
engine of Xerces-2 through JARV interface. JARV is an easy-to-use Java
API for validation engines. See http://iso-relax.sourceforge.net/JARV/
for more information about JARV.

This will allow you to use an XML Schema validator independent from
parsing.

The source and binary are available at
http://www.kohsuke.org/jarv/xerces/ under the MIT license.
