And it brings down the costs.  Remember, XML simplified 
SGML.  SGML was notoriously cheap to use, but just as 
notoriously expensive to implement.  Artha enables 
the multiplication of choices.  Dharma removes them. 
Good Dharma increases available Artha. ;-)

I'm not expecting the entire world to use XML syntax - it's not ideal
for everything - but when it's time to present a canonical and
processable view of information, it's glorious stuff.
