He is ducking the relationship issue by asserting that the WSI0 will 
focus on profiles of existing specifications.  Interesting claims, 
but not much beef so far.  Note that the specs cited are the ones 
one expects to be there.  Also note the fear of fragmentation in 
the standards efforts.

This is a push to get to production with "good enough" specs 
and tech.
