Yes.  Google probably uses most visited and most 
linked to.  It may also sell positions.  That exchange 
is satirical, not technical.

The best way to determine the quality of a 
tool is to use it in accordance with your requirements. 
Typically, I get best results by combining several 
tools and comparing.  When building XML Schemas, 
I found Spy to be good for large schemas, for the ODBC 
interface, and access to the datatypes.  I found I also 
needed tools like Topologi for quick and accurate 
validation of the XML Schema.  I don't particularly 
like grid editing interfaces but I don't have an 
alternative.
