Hello,

I have a small question and hopefully someone can provide me with an answer.
I need to send your HTTPS - XML post to a
https://www.server.com/deliverReg.asp

Can someone tell me how can I send the XML-(URL encoded) within the
HTTPS-POST. The reason for sending the cleartext XML URL encoded is to allow
for the special characters such as '<'  and '>' to be sent across the HTTP
protocol.
